Authtools.net provides technical middleware and authentication bridges that allow users to connect third-party software applications to social media platforms, including but not limited to the Meta Graph API.
3. User Obligations and Compliance
- Meta Platform Terms: By using our Service to connect to Meta products, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service for data scraping, spamming, or any activity that violates the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
4. Data Processing and Authorization
By connecting your social media accounts to Authtools.net, you grant DNA SAAS Labs, LLC the right to access and process "Technology Data" (as defined by Meta) solely to provide the services requested by you. We act as a data processor; you remain the data controller of your content.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content on Authtools.net (excluding user-provided data) are the exclusive property of DNA SAAS Labs, LLC or its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNA SAAS Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any suspension of your social media accounts by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
